2. Delivery & Returns
We offer free delivery on the majority of our parts. Free delivery, where available, is applicable to UK Mainland only. Collection is available from our Sunderland site. For any deliveries outside of UK Mainland please contact us directly for quote. International postage is available upon request. When posting large or heavy items we may have to dismantle the partsin order to suitably package them for postage. All body panels posted on pallets are done so at the buyer’s risk. If item arrives damaged, please contact us directly as soon as possible.
Please be aware that we are unable to dispatch large / heavy parts (i.e. engines, gearboxes, doors, bumpers, etc) to Northern Ireland unless the receiver provides us with an EORI number first. In addition, these deliveries will entail duty and customs charges which will be passed onto the customer. If you have any queries regarding pallet deliveries to Northern Ireland please contact us before placing your order.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure that there is somebody presentto receive the delivery. In the event that an order cannot be delivered due to the customer not being present (or if delivery is refused), all associated postage and redelivery charges will be passed onto the customer.
Any and all parts returned to us under warranty will not be exchanged or refunded if found to have been tampered with or stripped in any way.
If a part is reported to be faulty or broken, we will only give a refund or replacement once we have received the old unit back and tested it.
All of our parts bear our unique identity marking which must be present on any returned item in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
All electronic devices such as ECUs or sensors are not returnable (please contact us directly for details) due to the fact that any electronic item could suffer damage when being fitted to a faulty vehicle. Returns regarding items incorrectly ordered or no longer required will not be accepted unless agreed otherwise. In addition, the buyer will be held responsible for all associated shipping costs. In the rare occasion that we have sent an item in error, or if there is an error in our listing, the buyer needs to contact us immediately to resolve this issue.
