Warranty
We provide a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase on all used parts. We can only accept parts back if they are proven to be faulty. Items incorrectly ordered or no longer required will not be accepted unless agreed otherwise, also the buyer will be responsible for any associated shipping costs and handling charges.
All parts must be installed by a qualified mechanic at an established garage, of which evidence of this may be requested in a returns case. Any part fitted by private individuals unfortunately will not be covered by our warranty. If a part is reported to be faulty or broken, we will only give a refund or replacement once we have received the old unit back and tested it.
All electronic devices such as ECUs or sensors are not returnable (please contact me for details) due to the fact that any electronic item could get damaged when being fitted to a faulty vehicle. Buyer assumes all responsibility for any expense incurred in the installation and/or removal of non-functional goods. We assume no responsibility for damaged caused using our goods.
Please be aware that the warranty is invalidated once the goods have been disassembled or tampered with. Similarly, warranty is invalidated once goods have been damaged due to overheating or a lack of lubrication. We do not guarantee any ancillaries or bolt on engine parts such as, but not limited to water pumps, oil pumps, timing belts/chains, gaskets, oil filters and fuel filters.
We keep photos on file of all our parts to ensure validity during returns cases and any deviations from these photos will result in an exemption of warranty. All of our parts bear our unique identity marking which needs to be present upon return otherwise we will refuse to accept the returned item.
Where a customer is collecting their order in person, it is their responsibility to inspect the goods upon collection. If any damage is present, it is the customer’s responsibility to bring this to our attention before the part leaves the premises. Otherwise, we are unable to determine the origin of the damage. By taking the part off of the premises the customer acknowledges that the part is undamaged and it satisfied with the condition of the item. We will not accept liability for any damage sustained in transit once the part has left the premises.
In the rare occasion we have sent an incorrect item or if there is an error in our listing the buyer needs to contact us immediately to resolve this issue.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO COMPENSATE ANY FITTING COSTS, OR ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES ASSOCIATED IN ANY PRODUCTS SOLD. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
